手术室环境管理在人工关节置换术中应用效果评价 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨手术室环境管理在人工关节置换术中的应用效果。 方法 以本院2011年5月～2013年8月收治的221例人工关节置换术患者为研究对象，按入院时间，将2011年5月～2012年6月收治的113例患者归为对照组，将2012年7月～2013年8月收治的108例患者归为观察组。自2012年7月开始，本院手术室开始进行手术室管理专项行动，比较两组患者术中环境质量、术后感染发生率及医生与患者对手术环境的主观评价情况。 结果 观察组患者术中手术环境优于对照组，术后感染发生率低于对照组，医生与患者对手术环境的主观评价高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 对手术室进行环境管理可以有效提高人工关节置换术中手术室环境水平，降低患者术后感染的风险，增强医生和患者的主观满意度。 　　[关键词] 手术室；环境管理；人工关节置换术 　　[中图分类号] R687.4[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）06（c）-0105-03 　　 　　The effect analysis of environmental management in the operation of artificial joint replacement 　　MO Xiu-juan LI Qiu-lan DONG Xiao-ying LI Jiang JI Jun 　　Urinary Surgery Department,Qiaotou Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province,Dongguan 523520,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of environmental management in the operation of artificial joint replacement. Methods 221 patients with the need of artificial joint replacement from May 2011 to August 2013 were selected as the research object,according to admission time,113 patients treated from May 2011 to June 2012 were selected as the control group,108 patients treated from July 2012 to August 2013 were selected as the observation group,since the beginning in July 2012,our hospital operating room to begin operating room management initiative,the intraoperative environmental quality,the incidence of postoperative infection,and doctors and patients subjective assessment of the operation environment of two groups of patients were compared.
