Wetland is widely distributed in the world of the natural areas. Wetland is called kidneys of the earth， the cradle of life and civilized birth place and so on ， it has the extremely important environmental and ecological function. With Chinas entry into a period of rapid growth， the rapid growth of population， agricultural development， mineral mining， the city’s rapidly and constantly expanding， and at the same time the economic development of damage caused the wetlands area fell sharply， they become fragmented， and it also lead to the continuous loss of wetland habitat ability.
