护理质量对胶质瘤患者康复研究 　　[摘要]目的 探讨护理质量对于胶质瘤患者康复过程中的影响及效果。方法 选取2013年1月～2016年1月在我院治疗的脑胶质瘤患者120例作为研究对象，将其分为护理组和对照组，各60例，对照组患者采用临床常规护理内容，护理组患者采用优质护理模式。比较不同护理内容实施后护理满意度、SDS评分以及SAS评分。结果 护理组患者满意度为98.3%，对照组满意度为70.0%，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。SDS、SAS评分显示，护理后患者心理状态较护理前均有不同程度的提升，而护理后护理组SDS、SAS评分与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。护理组患者护理后ECOG评分为（1.5±0.4）分，对照组护理后ECOG评分为（2.3±0.8）分，差异有统计学意义（t=6.928，P0.01）。结论 优质护理模式能提供给患者较高的护理质量，明显能改善患者的护理满意度，提高其依从性，有效改善患者心理和身体状态等康复效果，值得临床借鉴。 　　[关键词]护理质量；胶质瘤；心理状态；康复效果 　　[中图分类号] R739.41 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）02（b）-0191-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of nursing quality on the recovery of glioma patients.Methods 120 patients with glioma were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016，they were divided into nursing group and control group，60 cases in each group.The control group patients were treated with routine nursing contents，the nursing group patients were used high-quality care mode.The scores of nursing satisfaction，SDS score and SAS score of different nursing contents were compared.Results The satisfaction degree of the nursing group was 98.3%，and the satisfaction degree of the control group was 70.0%，the difference was significant （P0.01）.SDS and SAS scores showed that the psychological status of patients after nursing care have different degrees of improvement.The SDS and SAS scores of nursing group were compared with control group，the difference was significant（P0.01）.The ECOG score was （1.5±0.4） scores in the nursing group and the control group was （2.3±0.8）scores，with significant difference（t=6.928，P0.01）.Conclusion The quality of care model can provide patients with higher quality of care，and can significantly improve patient care satisfaction，it improves their compliance，effectively improve the psychological and physical condition of patients and other rehabilitation effects，it is worthy of clinical reference. 　　[Key words]Nursing quality；Gliomas；State of mind；Rehabilitation effect 　　近年?恚?随着社会的发展以及人们生活方式的变化，临床上各类疾病发生率显著
