护理质量管理在健康体检中心护理工作中应用价值研究 　　【摘要】 目的 研究护理质量管理在健康体检中心护理工作中的应用价值。方法 60例2015年6～12月体检者为对照组， 不实施护理质量管理；60例2016年1～6月体检者为研究组， 予以护理质量管理。比较两组体检者的漏检率和护理满意度。结果 研究组漏检1例， 漏检率为1.67%；对照组漏检11例， 漏检率为18.33%， 研究组体检者漏检率明显低于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组体检者护理满意度为（80.91±6.66）分， 对照组体检者护理满意度为（70.65±6.51）分， 研究组护理满意度高于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在健康体检中心的护理工作中， 加以护理质量管理， 可以大大降低体检者的漏检率， 提高护理满意度， 值得在护理工作中推广应用。 　　【关键词】 护理质量管理；健康体检中心；应用价值 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.06.080 　　【Abstract】 Objective To research application value of nursing quality management in nursing work for physical examination center. Methods There were 60 people in physical examination during June～December 2015 as control group receiving no nursing quality management， and another 60 people in physical examination during January～June 2016 as research group receiving nursing quality management. Comparison was made on missing detection rate and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results There was 1 missed detection case in the research group， with missing detection rate as 1.67%. There were 11 missed detection cases in the control group， with missing detection rate as 18.33%. The research group had obviously lower missing detection rate than the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. The research group had nursing satisfaction score as （80.91±6.66） points， and the control group had nursing satisfaction score as （70.65±6.51） points. The research group had higher nursing satisfaction than the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion In nursing work for physical examination center， implement of nursing quality management can remarkably lower missing detection rate and improve nursing satisfaction.
