Deep sliding stability of gravity dam is one of the very important issues of gravity design. At present, designers in the design process, often depending on different specifications and different engineering requirements, compiled Excel program to calculate. Therefore, it is necessary to use computer on the deep stability against sliding of gravity dam calculation to make designers from tedious work, to avoid errors in Excel programming and the process of load calculation, to reduce the difficulty of checking calculations, so as to improve the efficiency of the design, and to promote development of digitalization and visualization and intelligent of hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering. First of all, the second chapter of this article combining with the engineering example of deep stability against sliding and literature, summarized model and the calculation method of deep gravity dam stability against sliding, parameterized the sliding model, studied the sliding structure surface parameters selection and established evaluation system. Then, the third chapter of this article according to user requirement to establish a general framework for the dynamic design of the system, created computing platform on the rigid body limit equilibrium method and finite element method, formed the dynamic design system which contains information management function module, the model function module, treatment measures function module, common output function module and so on. During the design process, the single sliding mode and double sliding model adopted equal safety factor method, and the multi-sliding model used Sarma method which was solved by quasi-Newton method.
