护理干预对鼻内镜术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉康复效果影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨护理干预对鼻内镜术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉康复效果的影响。方法 整群选取该院在2015年6―12月收治的126例慢性鼻窦炎或鼻息肉患者作为实验研究对象，随机分成观察组与对照组，每组63例，两组患者均实施鼻内镜术治疗，手术治疗基础上，给予对照组患者常规护理，给予观察组患者护理干预，比较分析两组患者手术、护理后的康复效果，还要比较两组患者术前及术后6个月的鼻腔鼻窦情况。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.65%显著高于对照组（79.37%），P0.05；观察组患者手术、护理后的鼻腔鼻窦情况评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论 护理干预对鼻内镜术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉康复具有良好的效果，有效改善了患者鼻腔鼻窦情况，值得使用与推广。 　　[关键词] 鼻内镜术；慢性鼻窦炎；鼻息肉；护理干预 　　[中图分类号] R473.76 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）06（b）-0153-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on rehabilitation treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps of nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods Group selection will in our hospital in December 2015 to June 2015. 126 cases with chronic sinusitis or nasal polyps patients as the object of study were randomly divided into observation group and control group， each 63 cases in each group， two groups of patients were implemented endoscopic sinus surgery， surgical treatment on the basis， giving the control group received routine nursing， will be given to the patients in the observation group nursing intervention， comparative analysis of two groups of patients and nursing effect of rehabilitation， also compared between the two groups of patients before operation and after 6 months of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses situation. Results Patients in the observation group the total efficiency was 93.65% was significantly higher than that of control group（79.37%） （P 0.05）. The observation groups of patients with operation and nursing of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses score was significantly lower than that of the control group， the difference is statistically significant.
