腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的对比分析 　　【摘 要】目的：比较腹腔镜与开腹手术在治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法：将2016年1月――2018年1月我院收治的30例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象，随机分对照组15例执行开腹手术治疗，实验组15例则执行腹腔镜手术治疗，对比两组疗效。结果：实验组治疗总有效率93.33%（14）明显高于对照组60.00%（9），两组差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；实验组手术时间、术后排气时间、术后下床时间、平均住院时间均明显短于对照组，且术中出血量明显少于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（p0.05）；实验组治疗后1年复发率为6.67%（1）明显低于对照组40.00%（6），差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：临床治疗子宫内膜异位症中，选择腹腔镜手术有助于提升疗效，具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后恢复快、复发率低等优势，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】腹腔镜；开腹手术；子宫内膜异位症；疗效 　　[Abstract] Objective：To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of endometriosis.METHODS：Thirty patients with endometriosis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and 15 underwent open surgery.15 patients in the experimental group underwent laparoscopy.Surgical treatment，the efficacy of the two groups.Results：The total effective rate in the experimental group was 93.33% （14），which was significantly higher than that in the control group （60.00%）（9）.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P0.05）； the operation time，postoperative exhaust time，postoperative The time of getting out of bed and the average length of stay were significantly shorter than those in the control group，and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant （p0.05）.The relapse rate in the experimental group was 6.67% at 1 year after treatment （1））was significantly lower than the control group 40.00% （6），the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）.Conclusion：In the clinical treatment of endometriosis，the choice of laparoscopic surgery is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect.It has the advantages of short operation time，less intraoperative blood loss，rapid postoperative recovery，and low recurrence rate.It is worthy of clinical application. 　　[Key words] Laparoscopy； Open surgery； Endometriosis； Efficacy 　　【中?D分类号】R737.3 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-6851（2018
