PAGE PAGE 10 同时比较不同组织学类型肾癌组织中 CtBP1 和 E-cadherin 的表达差异，及与 癌旁肾组织表达的差异；同时探讨肾透明细胞癌组织中 CtBP1 和 E-cadherin 表达与年龄、性别及组织病理学分级、肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移的关系；探讨 不同组织学类型肾癌中 CtBP1 表达和 E-cadherin 表达的相关性。运用统计软 件 SPSS17.0 对数据进行统计学分析，以 P0.05 有统计学意义。结果：CtBP1 及 E-cadherin 在所有癌旁组织的肾小管上皮细胞（肾细胞癌的来源）中均呈 阳性表达；CtBP1 在不同组织学类型的肾细胞癌组织中表达具有不同程度的 缺失，与癌旁组织中的表达存在显著性差异（P＜0.001）。其中肾嫌色细胞癌 （Chromophobe Renal Cell Carcinoma, CRCC）阳性率为 6.67%（1/15）；而乳 头状肾细胞癌（Papillary Renal Cell Carcinoma, PRCC）阳性率为 44.44% （8/18）；肾透明细胞癌（Renal Clear Cell Carcinoma, RCCC）阳性率为 33.87% （21/62），肾透明细胞癌、乳头状肾细胞癌和肾嫌色细胞癌之间分别存在差 异（p=0.036，p=0.015）。E-cadherin 在不同组织学类型的肾癌中表达具有不 同程度的缺失，肾透明细胞癌和乳头状肾细胞癌组织与癌旁正常组织中的表 达存在显著性差异（P＜0.001）。其中肾嫌色细胞癌阳性率为 93.33%（14/15）； 而乳头状肾细胞癌阳性率为 16.67%（3/18）；肾透明细胞癌阳性率为 20.97% （13/62），肾透明细胞癌、乳头状肾细胞癌和肾嫌色细胞癌之间分别存在差 异（P＜0.001，P＜0.001）。肾透明细胞癌中 CtBP1 与 E-cadherin 表达均与肿 瘤的组织学分级、分期及淋巴结转移有关，而与年龄、性别无关。肾透明细 胞癌及乳头状肾细胞癌中 CtBP1 表达与 E-cadherin 表达没有相关关系，而肾 嫌色细胞癌中 CtBP1 表达与 E-cadherin 表达具有相关关系（r=-1.000，p＜ 0.001）。结论：CtBP1 和 E-cadherin 在不同的组织学类型肾细胞癌中存在表达 差异，对不同组织学类型肾癌的临床病理诊断具有应用价值，是不同组织学 类型肾细胞癌之间鉴别诊断的潜在分子标记。肾透明细胞癌中 CtBP1 表达及 E-cadherin 表达都与肿瘤分级、分期及淋巴结转移相关，两者均是肾透明细胞 癌 的 诊 断和 预 后标记 。 肾 透明 细 胞癌 和 乳 头 状肾 细 胞 中 CtBP1 表达与 E-cadherin 表达没有相关关系，在肾嫌色细胞癌中，CtBP1 和 E-cadherin 表达 具有相关关系，CtBP1 可能是肾嫌色细胞癌中调节 E-cadherin 表达的因素之 一。 关键词:肾细胞癌；羧基末端结合蛋白 1；上皮型钙粘蛋白；免疫组织化学 Expression and Significance of CtBP1 and E-cadherin in Different Histological Types of Renal Carcinoma ABSTRACT Objective: EMT（ epithelial-mesenchymal transition, EMT ） is a biological process characterized with the loss of the epithelial cell polarity and phenotype and gain of the mesenchymal phenotype.
