万方数据万方数据 The study of the correlation between sEng and LXR alpha with preeclampsia Objective: Abstract To study the expression and the significance of soluble endoglin (sEng) and liver X receptor α (LXRα) in serum during the course of pre-eclampsia (PE) . Methods From March 2013 to March 2014 women with preeclampsia were picked up by HanTing district peoples hospital of obstetrics and gynecology for this study,moderate preeclampsia (MPE group) were 35 cases, severe preeclampsia (SPE group) were 30 cases,and 30 healthy women in pregnancy were taken as control group.We used enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect the fasting serum sEng and LXR alpha level. Results: The expression of sEng from serum samples: The serum levels of sEng in MPE group[(9.49±1.50) ng/ml]and SPE group [(20.44±6.44) ng/ml] were significantly higher than that in control group [(2.41±0.46) ng/ml], P0.05. The serum levels of sEng in SPE group were significantly higher than that in MPE group (P0.05). The expression of LXR alpha. from serum samples: The serum levels of LXR alpha. in MPE group[(4.48±0.92)μg/ml] and SPE group [(6.05±3.12)μg/ml]were significantly higher than that in control group [(2.79±0.87) μg/ml],P0.05. The serum levels of LXR alpha in SPE group were significantly higher than that in in MPE group (P0.05). There was a positive correlation between serum liver X receptor level and serum Endoglin level in MPE group and SPE group (r=0.56,P＜0.05;r=0.65,P＜0.05). Conelusions: The serum levels of sEng in MPE group and SPE group were significantly higher than that in control group, which may be associated with the occurrence of preeclampsia;The serum levels of LXR alpha MPE group and SPE group were significantly higher than that in control group, which may be associated with the occurrence of preeclampsia. The serum sEng and LXR alpha. levels in SPE group were significantly higher than that in MPE group ,which may affect the progress of preeclampsia. There was a positive correlation be
