Jiaping Liu ABSTRACT With Chinas urban construction and the development of the built environment for the continuous improvement requirements，building energy consumption has conti nued 10 incrcase. Build ings energy efficicm二y reduced energy consumption of build ings by satisfies the basis of environmental requirements. Building sustainable development has become an important issue. To this end ，countries have formulated relevant policies and regulations to ensure that the energy-sav ing work carried out.The hot summer and cold winter residen tial bui lding energy-sav ing design standards)) (JGJ 134 -- 2001) and Summer heat in winter residential building energy-saving design standards)) (JGJ75-- 2003) have Already promulgated ，which showed that the construction therrnal environment and building environmenta l control system dynamic simulation of the importance and necess ity ，which makes the process of building thermal simulation in HVAC engineering design and related to the importance of research . The process for building thermal simulation requires a month ，a quarter of the year and even daily，hourly meteorological parameters，therefore，access to a set of realistic reflection of meteorological and environmenta l characteristics of data is the process of building therrnal simulation of a basic work. The present research mainly include: 1. In this paper we analysis the standard of hourly data. On beha lf of my choice of five cIimatic zones of typica l cities of Beijing，Shanghai，Guangzhou ，Harbin and Kunming，using energy simulation DOE-2 program for the same typical office bui lding. Use the 30 cities measured data to simulate bui lding energy con sumption and use that for a basic. Now
