拉氧头孢钠联合莲必治治疗老年性肺炎疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究治??老年性肺炎患者采取拉氧头孢钠结合莲必治的临床效果。方法 随机选择该院2015年11月―2017年3月期间收治的100例老年性肺炎患者，按照入院顺序分为两组，其中50例患者采取拉氧头孢钠结合莲必治作为研究组，另50例患者采取拉氧头孢钠作为对照组，比较两组患者的临床效果以及安全性。 结果 经过观察两组患者的临床效果看出，研究组患者咳嗽消失时间（2.4±0.8）d、消化道异常消失时间（3.2±1.2）d、发热消失时间（1.5±0.5）d以及湿??音消失时间（4.7±1.5）d均比对照组（4.1±1.3）、（4.9±1.6）、（2.8±0.9）、（5.6±1.8）d短（P0.05）；经过治疗后发现研究组白细胞以及体温比对照组水平低，动脉血氧分压水平比对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 治疗老年性肺炎患者采取拉氧头孢钠结合莲必治效果显著，有效改善患者症状，促进其病情恢复，提高生存质量，具有推广及应用的价值。 　　[关键词] 疗效分析；莲必治；老年性肺炎；拉氧头孢钠 　　[中图分类号] R56 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）11（c）-0127-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to study the clinical effect of Latamoxef and Lianbizhi injection in elderly patients with pneumonia. Methods 100 elderly patients with pneumonia treated from November 2015 to March 2017 in this hospital were random selected. The subjects were divided into two groups according to the registration number， with 50 cases in each group. The study group took the combined therapy of Latamoxef and Lianbizhi injection； the control group just took Latamoxef injection. The clinical effect for two groups was compared. Results The disappearance time of cough， digestive tract abnormalities， fever and moist rale for study group were （2.4±0.8）d， （3.2±1.2）d， （1.5±0.5）d， （4.7±1.5）d， lower than those of the control group of （4.1±1.3）d， （4.9±1.6）d， （2.8±0.9）d， （5.6±1.8）d， （P0.05）. After treatment， the levels of white blood cells and body temperature in the study group were lower than those in the control group， the level of arterial oxygen pressure was higher than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion For elderly patients with pneumonia， the combined therapy of Latamoxef and Lianbizhi injection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms， promote the patient’s recovery and enhance their life quality.
