整体护理在鼻立氏区血管瘤微波术患者中应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨整体护理在鼻立氏区血管瘤微波术患者中的应用效果。 方法 选取2013年3月～2014年6月我院耳鼻喉科收治的鼻立氏区血管瘤患者96例，按照随机数字表法将其分为护理组和对照组，各48例。两组均采用微波术进行治疗，同时护理组采用整体护理，对照组采用临床常规护理，对比两组的治疗效果及满意度。 结果 比较两组的治疗效果、满意度以及术后患者鼻黏膜恢复情况，均显示护理组优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 整体护理在鼻内镜下微波治疗鼻立氏区血管瘤中的应用效果良好，能有效提高医疗质量，深受患者的欢迎，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 鼻立氏区血管瘤；微波术；整体护理 　　[中图分类号] R473.76 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）01（b）-0195-03 　　Application effect of overall nursing in patients with nasal area′s hemangioma of microwave technique 　　HUANG Xiu-chun 　　Department of Oncology，Wuyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangmen City in Guangdong Province，Jiangmen 529000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application effect of overall nursing in patients with nasal area′s hemangioma of microwave technique.
