30000吨/年硬质聚氯乙烯管工艺及车间工艺设计 摘 要 本设计是年产30000吨硬质聚氯乙烯管材生产工艺及车间合成工段初步设计。本文综述了硬质PVC型材的特点及发展现状与前景并从聚氯乙烯管材生产工艺着手，选择普遍使用的双螺杆挤出成型的成型方法生产聚氯乙烯管材，通过配方选择、物料衡算、热量衡算、设备选型、工艺参数控制等过程对整个工艺流程作了较为详尽的阐述。另外指出硬质PVC管材成熟的生产工艺路线，并从低成本、高性能、功能应用等各方面考虑设计了较为合理的硬质PVC管材生产配方和留有发展潜力的生产设备，计算其生产车间所需的各种生产设备和总投资成本，绘制出工艺流程图和生产车间设备平面布置图，对实际投资建设硬质PVC管材产车间的各个方面具有积极的指导作用。 关键词：硬质PVC；管材；物料衡算；生产车间；工艺设计 Technology and process design of workshop of 30000 tons / year of rigid polyvinyl chloride pipe ABSTRACT This design is the annual output of 3000 tons of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) production process and synthesis workshop section of preliminary design. This paper reviews the characteristics and development present situation and prospect of rigid PVC profiles and begin from PVC pipe production technology, choose the commonly used double screw extrusion molding method for the production of PVC pipe, through the formulation selection, material balance, heat balance, equipment selection, process parameter control and so on process of the whole process in details in this paper. Also points out that the rigid PVC pipe mature production technology, and the low cost, high performance, function, application and so on various aspects to consider design a more reasonable formula of the rigid PVC pipe production and production equipment, with the development potential of calculating the variety of production equipment for the production workshop and total cost of investment, to draw a process flow diagram and workshop equipment layout, construction of actual investment all aspects of the rigid PVC pipe production workshop has a positive guiding role.
