嘉兴学院本科生毕业设计（论文） PAGE = 2 \* ROMAN II PAGE I （2013届） 题 目 聚乳酸无纺布亲水处理及其性能测试和分析 学生姓名 学 号 200939995118 学 院 材料与纺织工程学院 专 业 纺织工程 班 级 纺织091 导师姓名 导师学科 纺织工程 导师职称 教授 嘉兴学院教务处制 2013年5月10日 聚乳酸无纺布亲水处理及其性能测试和分析 摘要：本文概述了聚乳酸纤维的性能和特点，阐述聚乳酸水刺无纺布和纺粘无纺布的加工流程，同时介绍了聚乳酸在医疗卫生材料领域的应用状况。聚乳酸非织造材料的力学性能和加工性能好，可加工成各色各样的制品，应用在用即弃卫生用品中也将是世界可持续发展的必然要求。但是由于聚乳酸亲水性能差，限制了聚乳酸材料的大规模生产。采用工厂生产的二种不同的PLA无纺布进行亲水处理，对亲水剂种类、用量、亲水处理工艺进行实验性筛选，同时与没有经过亲水处理相同克重的PLA水刺和纺粘无纺布性能测试结果进行对比和分析，进而得出最优的亲水处理试剂和工艺。 关键词：聚乳酸；无纺布；亲水性；性能  Polylactic acid non-woven hydrophilic treatment and its performance testing and analysis Abstract: This article outlines the performance and features of the polylactic acid fiber ,manufacturing processes of spunlace polylactic acid non-woven and spunbond nonwoven , and applications of polylactic acid in the field of health materials. Polylactic acid non-woven materials have good mechanical properties and processing performance. It can be processed into different kinds of products ,which be used in disposable hygiene products will also be the inevitable requirement for a sustainable world. However, due to poor hydrophilic properties of polylactic acid, which limits the large-scale production of a polylactic acid material. On this basis, using the factory production of two different types of PLA nonwoven fabric,we make them hydrophilic treatment. We make experimental screening for hydrophilic agent type and amount of the hydrophilic treatment .At the same time ,we compared it with no hydrophilic treatment of PLA spunlace and spunbond nonwoven，s performance test results and analysis, and then come to the best hydrophilic treatment reagents and processes.
