文化冲突视域下当代中国医患关系管理研究 　　摘要：医患文化不是独立存在的，它与社会整体的伦理文化、个体的文化心理、社会的医学文化等紧密关联。虽然医患文化强调的是医患双方文化中“同”的部分，但医患冲突恰恰由彼此文化中的“不同”部分激发引起，因而医患文化主要意指医患文化冲突。对医患文化冲突起到主导作用的是医患双方所拥有的医学认识或医学观念等。医患文化冲突主要有医患之间心理的、伦理的、法律的和社会的等几种形式。中国当代医患关系管理需加强医疗机构的文化建设和管理，利用大众媒体加强医方与社会大众之间的有效沟通，充分发挥政府和媒体的宏观调控作用，以消除文化冲突并达到和谐。 　　关键词：医患关系;文化冲突;医患文化;医患关系管理;文化导向 　　中图分类号：B82-05文献标志码：A文章编号：1671-1254（2016）01-0019-05 　　Cultural Conflict and Physicianpatient Relationship 　　Management in Contemporary China 　　CHEN Mo 　　（School of Humanities and Management， Guilin Medical University， Guilin 541004， Guangxi， China） 　　Abstract： 　　Physicianpatient Culture is not an isolated culture value; instead， it is closely related to the social ethics， the individual culture psychology as well as the social medicine culture. Although the physicianpatient culture emphasizes the similarities between the physicians’ and the patients’ cultures， the conflict is practically motivated by the dissimilarities between the physicians and patients. Therefore， physicianpatient culture hereby refers to the physicianpatient cultural conflict， which is dominated by the physicians’ and the patients’ medical knowledge and notion. The physicianpatient cultural conflict mainly refers to the ethical conflict， psychological conflict， legal conflict and social conflict. The physicianpatient relationship management in contemporary China should effectively make use of the mass media to strengthen the communications between the hospitals and the public so as to eliminate the mutual conflict and gain harmony. 　　Keywords：physicianpatient relationship; cultural conflict; physicianpatient culture; physicianpatient relationship management; cultureorientation 　　在中国当代医患关系日益紧张的情况下，众多学者已经注意到了文化因素在医患关系管理中的重要作用，如庄一强就认为“我国目前出现的医患关系紧张问题，其实质就是文化冲突”[1]。他的这一观点得到众多学者们的赞同与引用。将文化冲突看作是医患冲突的本质或根源，意味着医患关系管理的一个重要改变。但是，有关医患文化的由来和内涵、医患文化冲突的具体表现形式，以及如何化解医患文化冲突以实现有效的医患关系管理等问题，却仍然处在被忽视的领域。本文拟就这些问题作一初步探讨与分析。 　　一、医患文化的由来与内涵 　　 我们经常会听到“医院文化”一词，却较少关注“医患文化”一词。但实际上，已经有不少学者提出“医患文化”
