大功率LED驱动电源研究 摘要 大功率LED以其高效、节能、环保、寿命长、可靠性高等优点正在逐渐取代传统的白炽灯、荧光灯成为新一代照明光源。随着大功率照明LED性能的提高及生产成本的降低，其应用领域正由屏幕背光源以及一些对亮度要求不高的景观照明领域向普通白光照明领域扩展。与此同时，与功率型LED配套的驱动集成电路的研发也由于功率型LED逐渐得到广泛的应用而迅速的发展。 本文结合大功率LED的特性及对现有驱动电路的分析比较，研究制定基于恒流驱动方式的大功率LED驱动电源设计方法。根据现有大功率LED路灯的功率资料，提出了大功率LED路灯的设计方案，并设计出相应的驱动电路。该驱动电路配有线性调光功能，可根据需要，对外部部件参数进行修改，达到调光的功能，并可根据外部电路的变化，驱动不同功率的路灯，实现了驱动电路的多功能性，使用简单、方便。 目前，大功率LED照明技术日趋成熟，大功率LED光源功效已经达到100lm/W以上，这使得城市路灯照明节能改造成为可能。LED路灯，特别是大功率LED路灯，正以迅猛的速度冲击传统的路灯市场。而相对大功率LED路灯应用中的驱动电路也正如雨后春笋般。LED；道路照明；驱动电源 High-Power LED Driver Power Research Abstract The high efficiency LED lighting is gradually replacing incandescent and fluorescent lighting due to its unique attributes such as high efficiency, low energy consumption, low pollution, long life and high reliability.
