附1 中文摘要 工程项目造价的确定与控制是工程建设项目管理的重要组成部分，它能够在工程建设项目的全过程（投资决策、设计、招投标、施工阶段）中采取有效措施，把工程项目建设发生的全部费用控制在批准的限额内，并随时纠正发生的偏差，以保证投资估算、设计概预算和竣工决算等管理目标的实现，达到合理使用人力、物力、财力，获得最大投资效益的目的。 本论文首先进行施工方施工图的整体工程量的确定，再采用实物量报价与单位估价法结合并用的方法来确定工程造价，其中工程的部分主体部分采用实物量法，一些零星的工程造价采用单位估价法算出，再确定工程的总造价，最后对造价指数进行汇总分析。 通过本次论文可以知道，工程造价除与工程内容有关外，还与建设地区的经济发展程度、建设者的管理和技术水平、国家和当地政府的政策、法令等外部条件有着千丝万缕的联系。工程造价控制是建设管理的一个核心部分，它始终贯穿于工程建设的全过程。 关键词：工程造价；工程造价控制；造价管理；施工图预算 附2 英文摘要 Project cost is affirmatory with control of engineering construction is an important part of project management, it can be in the whole process of engineering construction project ( investment decision-making, design, bidding, construction phase) to take effective measures, the construction project for the total cost of control within the approved limits, and correcting the deviations, to guarantee the investment estimation, design budget and final accounts management goals, achieve reasonable use manpower, material resources, financial capacity, gain maximum benefit of investment. The thesis first construction method construction of overall project determination, the physical quantity quotation and unit valuation method combined with method to determine the project cost, which works to the portion of the main body part adopts a physical quantity analysis method, some sporadic project cost using a unit valuation method to calculate, and then determine the total cost of the project, at last a pooled analysis of cost index.
