早期康复护理干预对老年下肢骨折患者治疗依从性影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨早期康复护理干预对老年下肢骨折患者治疗依从性的作用及临床效果。 方法 选取2015年4月7日～2017年3月20日我院收治的老年人下肢骨折患者192例为研究对象，按照数字表法分为观察组（n=96）与对照组（n=96），分别行早期康复护理、常规护理，比较两组的治疗依从性、Harris评分、HSS评分及护理能力评分。结果 观察组治疗的依从性为95.0%，明显高于对照组80.0%，差异明显（P0.05）；术后3个月后，观察组Harris评分、HSS评分明显高于对照组，差异显著（P0.05）；观察组自我护理能力评分明显高于对照组，差异显著（P0.05），均具有统计学意义。 结论 早期康复护理可提高老年下肢骨折治疗的依从性及效果，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] 老年下肢骨折；早期康复护理；依从性；影响 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）14-121-04 　　Effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on treatment of compliance of elderly patients with lower limb fracture 　　ZHENG Yueyu 　　Department of Oorthopedic Ward I， Guangdong Medical University Affiliated Hospital， Zhanjiang 524001， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the treatment of compliance of elderly patients with lower limb fracture. Methods 192 cases of elderly patients with lower limb fractures in our hospital from April 7th 2015 to March 20th 2017 were selected as the research object， and they were randomly divided into observation group （n=96） and control group （n=96）， respectively， and they were treated with early rehabilitation nursing and routine nursing care， respectively. Treatment compliance， Harris score， HSS score and nursing ability score of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment compliance of observation group was 95%， which was higher than the control group with 80%， and there was significant difference （P0.05）. 3 months after surgery， Harris score and HSS score of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group， and the difference was significant （P0.05）. The self-care ability score of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group， and the difference was significant （P0.05）， and it was statistically significant.
