早期康复护理应用于颅脑外伤术后运动障碍患者功能恢复效果评价 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨分析对颅脑外伤术后运动障碍患者应用早期康复护理措施及干预效果。方法 随机选取该院收治的颅脑外伤术后运动障碍患者120例，随机分成两组，每组60例，对照组：常规护理；观察组：在常规护理的基础上，采取早期康复护理措施干预。从患者术后满意度调查、Fugl-Meyer 运动评分（FMA）等两个指标观察两组患者的护理效果。 结果 经过合理有效护理措施，观察组患者满意度较高，为96.7%，高于对照组80.0%；且观察组患者Fugl-Meyer 运动评分（FMA）得分明显优于对照组。数据之间均差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 将早期康复护理措施应用于该院颅脑外伤术后运动障碍患者的护理中，效果显著，值得广泛推广。 　　[关键词] 早期康复护理；颅脑外伤伤术后；运动障碍 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）05（b）-0156-02 　　Evaluation of the Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on the Functional Recovery in Patients with Movement Disorders after Craniocerebral Trauma Surgery 　　LI Yan-hua 　　The Second Department of Surgery， Yunnan Yuxi Xinping Peoples Hospital， Yuxi， Yunnan Province， 653400 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate and analyze early rehabilitation nursing measures for patients with movement disorders after craniocerebral trauma surgery and the intervention effect. Methods 120 patients with movement disorders after craniocerebral trauma surgery admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups， the control group and the observation group with 60 patients in each. The control group were treated by the usual care， while the observation group were treated by the early rehabilitation nursing measures based on the usual care. And the nursing efficacy of the two groups was evaluated by the postoperative satisfaction and Fugl-Meyer Assessment （FMA）. Results After reasonable and effective nursing， the level of satisfaction was 96.7% in the observation group， higher than 80.0% in the control group（P0.05）； and the FMA scores of the observation group were much higher with statistically significant difference （P0.05）.
