监狱罪犯心理矫治的管理方式研究 北京理工大学公共管理学位论文 摘 要 随着我国经济社会的发展,罪犯心理矫治工作在国内监狱蓬勃发展起来。国内大 部分监狱成立了心理矫治机构,培训了专门的心理矫治人员,建立了罪犯心理档案, 罪犯心理矫治逐步成为继监管改造、劳动改造、教育改造之后第四种改造手段。然而, 作为一种新兴的罪犯改造手段,这项工作面临着越来越多需要解决的深层次问题,其 中罪犯心理矫治工作的管理就是其中亟待解决的问题。在理论界,大部分的理论专著 和论文都着重从心理学的角度论述和探讨罪犯心理矫治的技术和方法,涉及管理的内 容较少。在实践中,罪犯心理矫治工作在管理上却存在许多问题,各个监狱的管理水 平参差不齐,大大影响了罪犯心理矫治工作的实际效果。 本文在研读国内外文献基础上,结合我国监狱罪犯心理矫治工作的实践,从公共 管理学的角度,分析了监狱罪犯心理矫治工作在管理方面存在的问题,如罪犯心理矫 治过程的组织控制,罪犯心理矫治设施的管理,罪犯心理矫治工作人员的管理,罪犯 心理矫治档案的管理以及罪犯心理矫治工作的评价等,并提出了改善我国的监狱罪犯 心理矫治管理工作提出措施建议。希望能提出个人观点并予以论证,以期促进心理矫 治工作的健康发展。 关键词:监狱;罪犯心理矫治;公共管理I 北京理工大学公共管理学位论文 ABSTRACT As Chinas economic and social development, psychological treatment of offenders in domestic prisons flourish together. Most of the prison set up a national psychological treatment, the training of specialized psychological treatment, a mental file of offenders, offenders psychological treatment gradually become a regulatory reform, labor reform, education reform after the fourth of means. However, as a new means of criminals, this work is faced with a growing need to address the deep-seated problems, including psychological treatment of offenders is one of the management issues requiring urgent solution.
