氟比洛芬酯复合丙泊酚在无痛人工流产术后防治子宫收缩痛中应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨氟比洛芬酯复合丙泊酚在无痛人工流产术后防治子宫收缩痛的应用效果。 方法 选取本院2014年3月～2015年1月收治的400例需要终止妊娠的女性作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，各200例。对照组给予单纯丙泊酚麻醉，研究组给予氟比洛芬酯复合丙泊酚麻醉，比较两组的镇痛效果、术后VAS评分和生命体征。 结果 两组的镇痛总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组术后10、15、30 min的VAS评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 氟比洛芬酯复合丙泊酚对中枢系统无明显的抑制作用，且镇痛效果较好，对子宫收缩痛有较好的防治效果，尤其适合基层医院门诊短小手术，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 无痛人工流产术；子宫收缩；丙泊酚；氟比洛芬酯 　　[中图分类号] R719.3+4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）08（b）-0092-03 　　Application effect of flurbiprofen axetil combined with propofol in the prevention and treatment of uterine contraction pain after painless artificial abortion 　　LIN You-mei 　　Department of Anesthesiology，Hengli Town People′s Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province，Dongguan 523460，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of flurbiprofen axetil combined with propofol in the prevention and treatment of uterine contraction pain after painless artificial abortion. Methods 400 women needed to terminate pregnancy from March 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group，200 cases in each group.The control group was given propofol，the experimental group was given flurbiprofen axetil combined with propofol.The effect of analgesia，postoperative VAS score and vital signs in two groups was compared. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of analgesia between two groups （P0.05）.The VAS score at 10，15 and 30 min after operation in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）. Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil combined with propofol has no inhibitory action on central nervous，with good analgesic effect，and has good preventive effect in uterine contraction pain，especially for the short operation clinic of primary hospital，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Painless abortion；Uterine contraction；Propofol；Flurbiprofen ax
