PAGE 摘 要 包装机械是包装工业的一大门类产品，在包装工业中有着举足轻重的地位和作用，它给行业提供必要的技术设备，以完成产品的包装工艺过程。尽管包装机械的产值在整个包装工业中所占的比重不如包装材料大，不属于经常性消耗品，但对包装工业的现代化却是不可缺少的支撑。它为包装工业提供先进的技术装备，保证包装产品质量高、生产效率高、品种多、生产环境好、生产成本低、环境污染小，因而获得较强的生命力，带来巨大的社会效益和经济效益。没有现代化的包装机械，就没有现代化的包装工业。 本文首先对称重包装机的内部结构及其工作原理进行了深入的了解。该机由供料仓、振动给料器、秤斗、接袋漏斗、电气控制箱、机身等部分组成。工作时，被包装的物料由供料仓落入振动给料器，振动给料器按50HZ的频率振动，物料均匀地流入秤斗，电子秤随时监测秤斗中的物料重量，当物重达到大投值时，大振动停止，小振动继续，然后与秤量值比较，当物重等于秤量值时，投料停止，秤量完成，等待操作者接袋。有接袋操作时，光电传感器输出信号，机器卸料（秤斗门开启），卸料结束后，秤斗门关闭，重新投料。无接袋操作时，机器等待。 其次，对控制系统软、硬件设计进行了详细的分析。该控制系统采用SIMATIC S7-200 PLC和触摸屏构成。在称重包装机控制系统中，称重传感器是最重要的一部分。称重传感器将重量信号转换成模拟信号(mv级),通过模拟量输入模块送入PLC内部,经过放大、滤波、A/D转换变换成数字信号，再和内部设定的大、小投料值进行对比，然后将比较结果进行反馈，以控制包装机动作。与此同时，微处理器将称重信号经过运算,从而得出物料的重量，并输出触摸屏显示。 关键词：称重传感器，可编程序控制器，定量包装 ABSTRACT Packaging Machinery is one kind of the packaging industry products.
