莒山煤矿大气及水污染防治研究 摘 要 山西省是我国的煤炭大省，也是重要的能源、化工基地，在我国经济发展中占有重要地位。近年随着我国对煤炭需求增大，大规模开发利用煤炭资源在满足了经济发展要求的同时，也带来了诸多环境问题。由于国家一直以来将山西省定位为能源供给型省份，致使山西省经济发展缓慢、环境污染严重。 当前国家将山西省确定为煤炭工业可持续发展政策措施试点省份之一。本文是在对山西兰花集团莒山煤矿进行实地考察后，对矿区大气和地下水污染现状、成因和今后治理的重点进行研究，以全国各省、市有关部门的相关技术文件和法律法规为依据，并结合国内外有关煤矿生态恢复治理的科学技术手段，对矿山进行生态恢复与治理，这具有重要理论的意义和实用价值。 关键词：环境污染、科学技术手段、生态恢复治理、大气污染防治、地下水治理 Atmosphere and Water Pollution Prevention Research of Coal mine in Jushan Abstract Shanxi is the large province of coal of our country, it is the important energy , chemical base too, occupy the important status in our countrys economic development. As our country increases to the coal demand in recent years, develop and utilize coal resources whilemeeting demand for economic development on a large scale, have brought a great deal of environme- ntal questions too. Because the country has orientated Shanxi as the energy supplying with type province all the time, cause the economy of Shanxi to develop slowly , the environment is seriously polluted. The country confirms Shanxi as one of the pilot provinces of policies and measures of sustainable development of coal industry at present. This text is after carrying on on-the-spot investigation to Shanxi Ju mountain colliery of the orchid group, and will control and carry on research to mining area atmosphere and underground water pollution current situation , origin cause of formation especially in the future, regard relevant technological files and laws and regulations of every province of the whole country , department concerned of the city as the basis, accord with and resume the scientific and technical means to manage the ecology of the colliery both at home and abroad, expect to resume and control the ecology to the mine, there are important theory meaning and practical value.
