PAGE 攀枝花学院本科毕业设计（论文） 炼钢用脱硫喷枪制备工艺设计 学生姓名： 学生学号： 院（系）： 材 料 工 程 学 院 年级专业： 材料科学与工程 指导教师： 副教授 助理指导教师： 二〇一一年六月 摘 要 脱硫喷枪是炼钢过程中不可少的一部分，它运用于铁水预处理过程中的脱硫工序，以降低铁水中的硫而减轻炼钢的负担，进而提高钢材铁的质量。脱硫喷枪的使用寿命受多种因素的影响，脱硫条件、脱硫喷枪枪芯结构和脱硫喷枪浇注料质量好坏是影响其脱硫喷枪使用寿命的主要因素。铁水喷吹脱硫预处理是提高钢铁产品质量、扩大钢材品种与降低钢铁生产成本的重要工艺手段，而喷枪是铁水喷吹预处理设备的重要组成部分，其使用性能的优劣将直接影响到脱硫预处理生产的技术经济指标。本文通过对脱硫喷枪损毁形式进行了详细分析，并根据脱硫喷枪的损毁机理以及过去喷枪生产的不足，设计了合理的浇注料生产配方，喷枪结构以及对生产工艺控制制度进行了优化设计。浇注料配方改进设计主要通过添加蓝晶石来抵消烘烤中的收缩，骨料设计选择硬度更高的刚玉作为主原料。结构改进主要是调整枪体V形铆固件的布置和枪芯材质的改善。通过以上改进设计，提高了脱硫喷枪的使用性能，本次设计研究取得了较好的效果。 关键词 脱硫喷枪，损毁机理，浇注料，使用寿命 ABSTRACT Spray gun is in steelmaking process desulfurization, part of no less than its application to the desulfurization process iron pretreatment process, in order to reduce the molten steel and reduce the burden of sulfur and improve the quality of steel iron.
