氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片治疗老年原发性高血压临床治疗效果研究 　　【摘要】 目的 观察氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片治疗老年原发性高血压的临床效果。方法 128例老年原发性高血?夯颊撸? 随机分为观察组及对照组， 各64例。观察组给予氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片治疗， 对照组给予氯沙坦钾片治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后血压下降情况及对血钾、血尿酸及血肌酐水平的影响。结果 观察组治疗总有效率87.5%明显高于对照组68.8%， 差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。两组患者治疗前血压比较差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）， 治疗8周后， 两组患者血压比较差异均有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。两组患者治疗前血钾、血尿酸及血肌酐比较差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）;治疗8周后， 两组患者血钾、血尿酸及血肌酐比较差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）。结论 氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪治疗老年原发性高血压具有较好的降压效果， 且对血钾、血尿酸及血肌酐无明显影响， 具有良好的安全性， 值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片;氯沙坦钾片;老年原发性高血压 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2018.07.001 　　【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of elderly essential hypertension. Methods A total of 128 elderly patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 64 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide tablets， and the control group was treated with losartan potassium tablets. Comparison were made on treatment effect， fall of blood pressure before and after treatment and its effect on blood potassium， blood uric acid and serum creatinine level between the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 87.5% than 68.8% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （Plt;0.05）. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in blood pressure before and after treatment （Pgt;0.05）. After 8 weeks of treatment， both groups had statistically significant difference in blood pressure （Plt;0.05）. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in blood potassium， blood uric acid and serum creatinine level before treatment （Pgt;0.05）. After 8 weeks of treatment， both groups had no statistically significant difference in blood potassium， blood uric acid and serum creatinine level （Pgt;0.05）.
