In the realm of psychological consul tation^ the information technique has more space for playing the functions. More and more net services appeared one after another, such as on-line consultation, web test, the network telephone consultation etc. How to guarantee the scientific and effective quality of the software about psychological consultation and about psychological test has become the peoples new focus. Under this kind of circumstance, the development of the psychological consultation expert system which has independent intellectual property rights and the core technology can connected with the advanced technology in the world and it is of great significance. 大学生心理咨询专家系统的研究和实现 大学生心理咨询专家系统的研究和实现 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 111 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 111 The thesis here is about the deep research on how to use computer and Internet broadly and scientifically to develop the strict psychological consultation service and design the psychological consultation expert system. In the psychological realm we have chose the realm about college students psychological consultation which is a representative realm. On the basis of a lot of investigations and deep research we made an objective and exact demand analysis and put forward an overall design scheme on web consultation system. The scheme has four parts, and they are knowledge acquirement, knowledge express, inference machine and interactive interface. To vague and not accurate expression of psychological consultation, the special realm, we set forth the knowledge expression based on regular Rule-based fuzzy logic(RBFWL)to express true or false value of every fact by a numerical value and we also add a weight value to express obviously the
