防災校園危機管理與建置 －以南區防災校園執行成效為例 The Campus Disaster Prevention of crisis management and implementation －The effectiveness of the disaster control implementation of the Southern District campus 主管單位：教育部環境保護小組 江哲銘 陳念祖 劉光盛 林沂品 Che-Ming Chiang, Nien-Tsu Chen, Kuang-Sheng Liu Yi-pin Lin 成功大學建築系 東方設計學院室內設計系 南區防災教育服務團 摘要 本文主要研究目的，係探討學校面對災害前，應先對災害作監測，瞭解災害 的種類，建立災害危機意識、災害應變心理及災管理機制，透過瞭解災害的特性 與種類，並建立災害標準進而達到危機預警，將學校的傷害減少至最低程度。學 校可透過「災害潛勢資訊管理系統」，瞭解學校於災害潛勢分析協助學校因應各 種災害類型規畫，從防災、減災與整備、災害應變及災害復原等各階段建立「校 園防災地圖」 。防災避難演練，應針對A.在地性、 B.落實性、 C.連結性、 D.創意 性、E.調整性， 5 大項目進行辦理各項避難防災疏散演練。校內教師共同組成防 災教學推動小組，就校園災害潛勢特性類別，逐年逐項進行防災教材編撰，並納 入在地社區及校園環境等災害認識內容；以及成立防災教學推動小組。 關鍵詞：防災校園、區域性災害、災害潛勢、防災教學模組 Abstract Major research purposes.
