消化不良患儿应用雷尼替丁联合多潘立酮治疗效果探析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析消化不良患儿应用雷尼替丁联合多潘立酮治疗的效果。方法：选取2016年6月-2017年6月笔者所在医院收治的186例消化不良患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析，根据治疗方法分为两组，每组93例，对照组采用单一雷尼替丁进行治疗，联合治疗组应用雷尼替丁联合多潘立酮治疗，比较两组消化不良治疗总有效率，恶心呕吐、腹痛、嗳气消失时间，治疗前后患者进食评分、躯体功能和心理健康水平评分。结果：联合治疗组消化不良治疗总有效率高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后，联合治疗组患者进食评分、躯体功能和心理健康水平评分均优于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：消化不良患儿应用雷尼替丁联合多潘立酮治疗的效果确切，可有效改善患儿临床症状，缩短症状消失时间，提高其身心健康状态和进食情况，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 消化不良患儿； 雷尼替丁； 多潘立酮； 效果 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2018.7.013 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2018）07-0030-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the effect of Ranitidine combined with Domperidone in children with dyspepsia.Method：From June 2016 to June 2017，the clinical data of 186 cases of dyspeptic children admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods，the patients were divided into two groups，93 cases in each group.The control group was treated with single Ranitidine，the combination therapy group was treated with Ranitidine combined with Domperidone.The total effective rate，nausea and vomiting，abdominal pain，the disappearance of belching，the score of eating before and after treatment，body function and mental health score were compared between the two groups.Result：The combined treatment group dyspepsia total effective rate was higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.After treatment，the scores of eating，physical function and mental health in the combined treatment group were better than those in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of dyspepsia children with Ranitidine combined with Domperidone treatment effect is exact，can effectively improve childrens clinical symptoms，shorten the disappearance of symptoms，improve their physical and mental health and eating，it is worth promoting. 　　【Key words】 Dyspeptic children； Ranitidine； Domperidone； Effect 　　First-author’s address：Maternal and Children Health Care Hospital of Fuling District，Chong
