瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗血管性痴呆61例临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗血管性痴呆的疗效。 方法 将我院2012年12月～2013年8月收治的61例血管性痴呆患者随机分为三组，A组予常规治疗，B组在常规治疗基础上加用安理申，C组在常规治疗基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀钙，观察三组的治疗效果。 结果 安理申组有效率优于常规治疗组，瑞舒伐他汀钙组有效率优于常规治疗组，三组治疗后MoCA评分比较有统计学差异（P0.05）；B、C组患者治疗后MoCA评分较治疗前有一定改善，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 临床中对轻中度血管性痴呆患者采取安理申治疗具有一定效果，瑞舒伐他汀钙通过调节血脂改善血流循环降低脑血管事件的发生，从而延缓脑血管性痴呆的进程，提高认知功能，具有重要应用价值。 　　[关键词] 血管性痴呆；安理申；瑞舒伐他汀钙；MoCA 　　Clinical analysis of rosuvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of 61 cases of vascular dementia 　　LIU Fang1 TANG Yong2 REN Anji3 　　1.Weifang Medical University Graduate School，Weifang 261053， China；2.Department of the 3rd Health Care， Weifang Peoples Hospital the Third Department of Health，Weifang 261041， China； 3.Department of Urology， Weifang Traditional Chinese Hospital，Weifang 261041， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of rosuvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of vascular dementia. Methods A total of 61 vascular dementia patients that treated in our hospital from 2012.12 to 2013.08 were randomly divided into three groups，group A of conventional therapy，group B applies Aricept on the basis of conventional therapy，group C applied rosuvastatin conventional statin based on calcium，then observed the treatment effect of three groups. Results Aricept group was superior to the conventional treatment group，rosuvastatin calcium group was superior to the conventional treatment group，MoCA scores between the three groups after treatment were statistically significant（P0.05）； Group B and group C of patients after treatment MoCA pre-treatment score had a certain improvement compared with those before treatment，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Clinical taken on mild to moderate vascular dementia Aricept therapy has a certain effect，rosuvastatin calcium to improve blood circulation by regulating blood lipids reduce the incidence of cerebrovascular events，thus delaying the process of cerebrovascular dementia，raise awareness function， has important applicat
