硫辛酸联合前列地尔对糖尿病心脏自主神经病变患者心率变异性影响 　　【摘要】 目的：分析与研究硫辛酸联合前列地尔对糖尿病心脏自主神经病变患者心率变异性的影响。方法：对本院2010年6月-2013年10月期间收治的60例糖尿病合并心脏自主神经病变患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，将60例患者划分为研究组与对照组，两组各30例；对照组行常规综合治疗，研究组在常规综合治疗的基础上，行硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗。对比两组治疗之前与治疗之后心率变异性指标。结果：两组患者血糖、TG、TC均呈明显下降趋势，与治疗前相比，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05），研究组治疗后SDANN、SDNN、PNN50、rMSSD均比对照组高，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组患者的治疗有效率为86.67%，较对照组治疗有效率60%高，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病合并心脏自主神经病变具有显著效果，值得在临床治疗中推广使用。 　　【关键词】 硫辛酸； 前列地尔； 糖尿病； 心脏自主神经病变； 心率变异性 　　Effects of Lipoic Acid Combined with Alprostadil on Diabetic Cardiac Autonomic Neuropathy in Patients with Heart Rate Variability/HAN Zhu-jun，LI Bo-yi.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（32）：037-040 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze and research the lipoic acid on the aforementioned， heart rate variability in patients with diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy.Method：In our hospital from June 2010 to October 2010 clinical data of 60 cases of diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy were retrospectively analyzed， 60 patients were divided into research group and control group， each group of 30 cases；control group routine comprehensive treatment， the team on the basis of routine comprehensive treatment， joint top line lipoic acid to treatment.Compared the two groups before treatment and after treatment of heart rate variability index.Result：Two groups of patients were in significantly lower the blood glucose，TG， TC，compared with the treatment of the front， the differences were statistically significant （P0.05），the team after treatment SDANN，SDNN，PNN50，rMSSD were higher in control group，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Team treatment effective rate of 86.67% than the control group in patients with high effective rate was 60%，the difference were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：Lipoic acid united front， treatment of diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy has significant effect， is worth popularizing in clinical treatment. 　　【Key words】 Lipoic acid； Alprostadil； Diabetes mellitus； Au
