社会治理视域下多元档案管理权力主体功能定位新探 　　摘 要：文章探讨社会治理视域下，档案管理的权力主体发生的转变及其功能定位。认为国家、社会组织与公民是新形势下的权力主体，三者通过协商合作共同承担档案管理事务。其中，国家对档案的控制权力减弱，引导社会组织与公民参与档案管理；社会组织地位逐步凸显，承担部分国家档案管理事务；公民个人权利提升，积极表达自身利益需求。 　　关键词：社会治理；管理主体；档案管理；社会组织；管理权力；公民 　　Abstract：The essay discusses that in the context of social governance， what changes will have on the archival managers and their roles in archival management. It is believed that the country， the social organizations and the citizens will have the power to manage archives under the new situation. They play their roles through consultation and cooperation. The country’s contro
