种植修复治疗慢性牙周炎伴有牙列缺损临床效果研究 　　[摘要]目的 探讨种植修复在慢性牙周炎伴有牙列缺损治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年1～12月种植修复的慢性牙周炎伴有牙列缺损患者50例作为观察组，再选取同时段接受牙种植的牙周健康者50例作为对照组。分析观察组患者治疗前后探诊深度及牙龈指数变化，并比较两组植入成功率及牙槽骨吸收情况。结果 观察组患者治疗前后探诊深度比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组与6个月、1年植入保留率分别为88.0%、84.0%，对照组分别90.0%、88.0%，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组负载6个月、1年牙槽骨吸收平均为（0.63±0.11）mm和（1.25±0.23）mm，对照组分别为（0.42±0.08）mm和（1.01±0.12）mm，观察组略微高于对照组，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 种植修复在慢性牙周炎伴牙列缺损患者的临床治疗中具有较好的应用效果，能够恢复患者的生理功能，提高其生活质量，值得在临床中推广应用。 　　[关键词]种植修复；慢性牙周炎；牙列缺损；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R781.4+2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）02（b）-0109-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of application of implantation repair therapy in the treatment of chronic periodontitis with dentition defect.Methods Altogether 50 chronic periodontitis patients with dentition defect who were treated from January to December 2015 were selected as observation group，and then 50 cases of periodontal healthy people who received dental implant in the same period were selected as control group.The pre-operative and post-operative changes in probing depth and gingival index of observation group were analyzed，and the success rate and alveolar resorption of the two groups were compared.Results The study found that pre-operative and post-operative probing depth of observation group had significant difference （P0.05）.The implant retention rate of observation group in the first 6 months and the first year was 88.0%，84.0%，control group was 90.0%，88.0% respectively，without significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）；the average alveolar resorption of observation group and control group in the first 6 months and the first year were （0.63±0.11） mm，（1.25±0.23） mm，control group was （0.42±0.08） mm，（1.01±0.12） mm，respec?tively；the observation group was slightly higher than that of control group，but the difference was not significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Application of implantation repair therapy has better effect in clinical treatment of chronic periodontitis patients with dentition defect，which can re
