磁疗联合针灸治疗骨质疏松症腰背痛临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨磁疗联合针灸治疗骨质疏松症腰背痛的临床效果。 方法 选取2013年5月～2015年7月间骨质疏松症腰背痛患者的80例，随机分为两组，各40例。对照组采用单纯针灸治疗，研究组在对照组基础上联合应用磁疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。 结果 在治疗总有效率方面，研究组患者明显高于对照组，症状评分与体征评分均明显高于对照组，治疗后的骨密度、WHOQOL-BREF评分状况较治疗前和对照组均明显提高；治疗后两组患者的SAS评分较治疗前均降低明显，但研究组SAS评分减少比对照组更明显；不良反应率明显低于对照组，满意度方面高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 采取磁疗联合针灸治疗骨质疏松症腰背痛疗效显著，更加具有针对性、安全性、可控性，能够改善患者骨质密度，安全性好，值得临床推广及应用。 　　[关键词] 针灸；磁疗；骨质疏松症腰背痛；SAS评分 　　[中图分类号] R580 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）35-0011-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of magnetic combined with acupuncture in treatment of osteoporosis low back pain. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with osteoporosis low back pain from May 2013 to July 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups， with 40 cases in each group. The control group were given a simple acupuncture for treatment， on the basis of the control group， the study group were combined with super magnetic therapy， the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total efficiency of the treatment of the study group was significantly higher than the control group， the symptom scores and signs scores were significantly higher than the control group， bone mineral density after treatment， the WHOQOL-BREF scores condition were significantly increased compared with before treatment and the control group after treatment， the SAS scores after treatment of two groups were significantly lower than before treatment， and compared with the control group after treatment， the study group SAS score was decreased more significantly， the rate of adverse events was significantly lower than the control group， the satisfaction was more significantly higher than the control group， there were significant difference between the two groups’ datas comparison（P0.05）.
