硅胶假体与透明质酸注射在美容整形隆鼻术中应用对比 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨透明质酸注射以及使用硅胶假体在美容整形隆鼻术中的手术方法以及临床效果。方法 80例行美容整形隆鼻术患者， 随机分为观察组和对照组， 每组40例， 观察组行透明质酸注射隆鼻， 对照组行硅胶假体隆鼻， 对比分析两组患者术后满意及并发症发生情况。结果 两组患者鼻尖俏挺满意度、鼻外形美观满意度及总满意度比较， 差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.213、0.213、0.213， P0.05）。观察组术后发生过敏患者1例， 并发症发生率为2.5%， 对照组术后发生假体移位患者4例， 感染患者2例， 并发症总发生率为 15.0%， 观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组（χ2=3.914， P0.05）。结论 硅胶假体与透明质酸注射在美容整形隆鼻术中的应用均可获得良好的隆鼻效果， 但透明质酸注射法并发症发生率低， 更为安全有效， 值得临床应用及推广。 　　【关键词】 硅胶假体；透明质酸注射；隆鼻手术；疗效 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.35.038 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate operative measures and clinical effects by silica gel prosthesis and hyaluronic acid injection in cosmetic plastic nasal-bridge augmentation. Methods A total of 80 patients receiving cosmetic plastic nasal-bridge augmentation were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 40 cases in each group. The observation group received hyaluronic acid injection for nasal-bridge augmentation， and the control group received silica gel prosthesis for nasal-bridge augmentation. Comparison and analysis were made on postoperative satisfaction and complications status between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference of satisfaction degree in straight nasal tip， nasal shape and total satisfaction degree between the two groups （χ2=0.213， 0.213， 0.213， P0.05）. There was 1 case with postoperative irritability in the observation group， with incidence of complications as 2.5%. There were 4 cases with prostheses migration and 2 cases with infection in the control group， with total incidence of complications as 15.0%. The observation group had obviously lower incidence of postoperative complications than the control group （χ2=3.914， P0.05）. Conclusion Silica gel prosthesis and hyaluronic acid injection can provide similarly excellent effect in cosmetic plastic nasal-bridge augmentation， while hyaluronic acid injection shows lower incidence of complications， higher safety and effectiveness.
