社区干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者ADL影响效果评价 　　（上海市宝山区高境镇社区卫生服务中心 上海 200435） 　　摘 要 目的：评价社区护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力（ADL）的影响效果。方法：选择高境镇社区的脑卒中患者80例，并随机分为干预组40例和对照组40例。对照组不加以护理干预，以家庭自然康复为主；干预组先进行Brunnstrom阶段评定，根据评定结果分成三个阶段，进行不同阶段的康复护理干预。干预3、6个月后采用康复护理日常生活活动评定量表评价患者ADL及生活自理障碍程度，观察两组患者的疗效。结果：干预组和对照组的RNADL评分干预前分别为（23.6±15.4）分和（25.1±12.5）分；干预3个月后分别为（42.7±17.8）分和（34.9±19.4）；干预6个月后分别为（72.6±14.8）分和（48.5±17.2）分，干预后两组RNADL评分差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：社区干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者整体功能和生活质量有促进作用。 　　关键词 脑卒中 偏瘫 社区干预 　　中图分类号：R743.3 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2015）10-0057-03 　　Evaluation of the effect of the community intervention on the ADL in the patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia 　　CHEN Hong， JING Sufeng， PAN Hua 　　（Gaojing Community Health Service Center of Baoshan District， Shanghai 200435， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To evaluate the effect of the community nursing intervention on the activities of daily living （ADL） in the patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia. Methods： In Gaojing Community， 80 cases with cerebral apoplexy hemiplgia were selected and randomly divided into an intervention group （40 cases） and a control one （40 cases）. The control group was not given with the nursing intervention and just with the family natural rehabilitation.
