短节段固定结合伤椎置钉植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折临床效果分析 　　摘要：目的 分析短节段固定结合伤椎置钉、植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果。方法 选择2015年2月～2017年2月我院收治的78例胸腰椎骨折患者，随机分为甲组和乙组，每组39例。甲组采用传统后路短节段椎弓根螺钉复位固定技术治疗，乙组采用短节段固定结合伤椎置钉、植骨治疗，对比两组患者的临床效果和椎体中间高度评分。结果 乙组的优良率为92.30%，高于甲组的66.70%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。术后乙组的椎体中间高度评分为（95.5±0.4）%，高于甲组的（80.1±4.1）%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对胸腰椎骨折患者采用短节段固定结合伤椎置钉、植骨方式进行治疗，能让患者尽快愈合，弥补传统治疗方式的不足，值得推广和应用。 　　关键词：短节段固定；置钉、植骨；胸腰椎骨折 　　中图分类号： R687.3 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2018.06.037 　　文章编号：1006-1959（2018）06-0113-02 　　Clinical Effect Analysis of Short Segment Fixation Combined with Injured Spinal Nail and Bone Grafting in the Treatment of Thoracolumbar Fracture 　　ZHAO Ji-wen 　　（Department of Orthopaedics，Shapingba District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital，Chongqing 400000，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical effect of short segment fixation combined with injured spinal nail in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.Methods 78 patients with thoracolumbar fractures treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into group A and group B.39 cases in each group.Group A were treated with traditional posterior short pedicle screw reduction and fixation technique.Group B was treated with short segment fixation combined with injured vertebra screw and bone grafting.The clinical effect and the middle height of vertebral body were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of group B was 92.30%，which was higher than that of group A 66.70%，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.After operation，the score of middle height of vertebral body in group B was（95.5±0.4）%，which was higher than that in group A（80.1 ±4.1）%，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of thoracolumbar fracture with short segment fixation combined with traumatic screw grafting can make the patients heal as soon as possible and make up for the deficiency of traditional treatment.It is worth popularizing and applying. 　　Ke
