稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病心律失常疗效研究 　　摘要：目的 分析美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒对患有冠心病心律失常的老年患者实施治疗的临床效果。方法 选择我院收治的患有冠心病心律失常的老年患者88例，随机分为对照组和治疗组各44例。对照组采用美托洛尔治疗，治疗组采用美托洛尔与稳心颗粒联合治疗。对比两组患者心律失常症状消失时间和冠心病药物治疗计划实施总时间、治疗效果以及用药期间出现的不良反应。结果 治疗组心律失常?Y状消失时间和冠心病药物治疗计划实施总时间明显短于对照组；老年冠心病心律失常疾病药物治疗效果明显优于对照组；用药期间出现的不良反应明显少于对照组。结论 应用美托洛尔与稳心颗粒两种药物联合对患有冠心病心律失常的老年患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。 　　关键词：美托洛尔；稳心颗粒；冠心病；心律失常 　　中图分类号：R541.4 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）21-0040-02 　　Clinical Study of Wenxin Granule Combined with Metoprolol in the Treatment of Senile Coronary Heart Disease Arrhythmia 　　LI Jun-ren 　　（Department of Internal Medicine，Peoples Hospital of Zigong Yantan District，Zigong643000，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective Analysis of metoprolol combined with wenxin granule in the implementation of the clinical treatment effect of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia.Methods In our hospital suffering from coronary heart disease and arrhythmia in elderly patients with 88 cases，were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 44 cases in each group.The control group using metoprolol in treatment， treatment group were treated with metoprolol and wenxin granule combined treatment.Compared two groups of patients with arrhythmia symptoms disappeared and coronary heart disease drugs total time of treatment plan，treatment effect and adverse reactions during the treatment.Results The treatment group arrhythmia symptoms disappeared time of coronary heart disease and drug treatment plan time was shorter than the control group；the effect of drugs in elderly patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia disease treatment was significantly better than the control group；adverse drug reaction period significantly less than the control group.Conclusion The clinical effects of metoprolol and wenxin granule combined with two kinds of drugs on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia are very obvious. 　　Key words：Metoprolol；Wenxin Granule；Coronary heart disease；Arrhythmia 　　如何能
