第三代喉罩在腹腔镜下保胆取石术麻醉中应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨第三代喉罩在腹腔镜下保胆取石术麻醉中的应用效果。方法：选择本院2013年11月-2014年 　　8月就诊需要进行腹腔镜下保胆取石术麻醉的80例患者作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组与干预组。其中对照组40例，气道管理方式为采用气管插管的方法；干预组40例，气道管理方式为第三代喉罩的方法。同时，比较两预组患者的HR、MAP水平，喉罩/气管导管置入、置管时间，手术时间、气腹前、停气腹前即刻PETCO2，并发症情况以及平均动脉压的变化等情况进行对比分析。结果：干预组和对照组患者HR、MAP水平在T1、T2和T4时刻比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。但T5时刻对照组的HR、MAP明显高于干预组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。干预组并发症发生人数明显少于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对于腹腔镜下保胆取石术麻醉中采用第三代喉罩的治疗效果显著、安全可靠，可以在临床治疗中广泛应用。 　　【关键词】 第三代喉罩； 腹腔镜下保胆取石术； 麻醉； 应用 　　The Application of the Third Generation Laryngeal Mask in Anesthesia of Laparoscopic Gallbladder Stone Anesthesia/HUANG Hui-bin.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（20）：048-050 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of third generation laryngeal mask applied in anesthesia of laparoscopic gallbladder stone anesthesia.Method：80 laparoscopic gallbladder stone anesthesia patients were selected from our hospital as the study objects from November 2013 to August 2014，according to a random number table，they were divided into two groups，the control group and intervention group.There were 40 cases in the control group，they were used the intubation method；the intervention group had 40 people，and were used the third generation of the laryngeal mask method.Meanwhile，HR，MAP，laryngeal mask/endotracheal catheter，catheterization time，operative time，pneumoperitoneum and PETCO2 before the stop pneumoperitoneum，complications，and mean arterial blood pressure and changes in circumstances were compared between the two groups.Result：In T1，T2 and T4 time，there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups for HR and MAP.But at time T5，HR and MAP of the control group were significantly higher than those of the intervention group，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.In terms of complications，the complications number of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：The third generation lary
