糖尿病患者使用川芎嗪过程中心电图变化研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究糖尿病患者使用川芎嗪过程中的心电图变化。 方法 选取2015年8月～2016年9月我院110例住院的2型糖尿病合并冠心病的患者，随机分成A、B两组，每组55例。A组给予基础治疗+丹参川芎嗪，B组仅给予基础治疗。分别于治疗前和治疗后对两组患者进行心电图检查，记录出现PTF-V1≤ -0.04mm?s、缺血性T波、ST段异常、房室传导阻滞的例数。并计算QTcmax、Qtcmax、QTcd以及JTcmax、JTcmax、JTcd。 结果 在治疗前A、B两组PTF-V1≤-0.04mm?s、缺血性T波、ST段异常、房室传导阻滞、QT指标及JT指标均无统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后，A组PTF-V1≤-0.04mm?s、ST段异常的发生例数明显少于B组（P0.05），且QTcd、JTcd也明显低于B组（P0.05）。 结论 川芎嗪对于糖尿病合并冠心病的患者的心电图改善具有积极作用，可进行进一步研究并推广使用。 　　[关键词] 川芎嗪；糖尿病；冠心病；心电图改变 　　[中图分类号] R259 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）07-221-03 　　Study on the changes of central electrocardiogram in Ligustrazine of diabetic patients 　　GONG Fang1 LI Minjuan2 HUANG Jiefang2 XIONG Shilong3 　　1.Electrocardiographic Room，the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University，Guangzhou 511447，China； 2.Department of Ultrasonography，the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University，Guangzhou 511447，China； 3.Clinical Laboratory，the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University，Guangzhou 511447，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the changes of central electrocardiogram in Ligustrazine of diabetic patients.
