山东师范大学硕士学位论文 山东师范大学硕士学位论文 班主任服务模式探析 中文摘要 班级是学校教育的基层组织，也是学生实现个体社会化、发展个性的重要环境。班主 任是这一集体的组织者、教育者和指导者，是学校实施教育教学工作的得力助手。班主任 工作在学生全面健康的成长具有重要而不可替代的作用。 本研究结合已有相关成果，把班主任工作置于学生全面发展视野下，从服务的视角探 讨班主任工作的基本思路，分析存在的问题及原因，提出构建班主任服务模式的初步设想。 全文共分为四部分： 第一部分，界定相关概念，通过分析班级和班主任的重要地位和作用，提出班主任服 务工作的重要性，并阐明研究的目的、意义及方法。 第二部分，对班主任工作模式和班主任服务思想等的相关文献进行分析，理清了有关 研究的基本思路，并探讨了研究的发展趋势及努力方向。 第三部分，针对班主任服务思想中存在的主要问题，如服务意识淡薄、服务态度消极、 服务内容的片面、服务方法偏颇等，进行了较为系统的梳理与分析，提出了改革相关工作 的方向性思路。 第四部分，从班主任服务思想的意义、遵循的原则、服务内容、工作方法几个方面， 论述了班主任服务模式的构建，提出了相关对策和建议。 关键词：班主任 ； 学生 ； 班主任服务 ； 模式 分类号：G635.1 I the Exploration and Analysis of Head Teacher’s Service Model Abstract Classes are the basic organization of the school as well as the key environment for students to develop personality and realize their socialization. The head teacher is a collective of organizers, educators and mentors, and an assistant to help school leaders work. The head teacher plays the important and irreplaceable role of the instructor in the comprehensive and healthy growth of students. This study has been related to the outcomeing results,and study the head teacher’work placed in the comprehensive and perspective development of students. From the perspective of service, study the head teacher how to work,analyze problems and causes , and try to build a service modes for the head teacher. The articles contain 4 parts like this: Part1: First, define the relevant concepts,then made the importance of service work of the head teacher by analysing the classes’importence and the important position and role of head teacher, and clarify the purpose of the study, significance and methods . Part2: Reviewed the service mode and the relevant literature about the role of head teacher services, content of services and methods, then cleared off the related research basic mentality and explored the development of research trends and direction.
