半导体制造企业供应链管理中的采购管理研究 半导体制造企业供应链管理中的采购管理研究 II II III III 半导体制造企业供应链管理中的采购管理研究 ——以嘉盛半导体苏州有限公司为例 中 文 摘 要 随着市场经济的发展与完善，采购管理不仅是企业组织生产的先决条件，而且是 降低成本、获取利润，从而提升企业核心竞争力的重要手段。本文以半导体制造企业 为切入点，结合嘉盛半导体苏州有限公司的采购管理对半导体制造业企业供应链管理 中的采购管理进行了研究。本文首先对半导体行业的现状及半导体企业的采购管理进 行了分析，其次阐述了供应商关系的管理和成功供应链管理的采购战略，最后得出本 文的研究结论。 本文认为在供应链管理思想下的采购管理是在建立新的供求模式和相互合作关 系的条件下，通过面向过程的采购管理，达到采购过程总成本和总效率的最优匹配， 提高效率，降低交易费用；利用信息网络，实现采购内部业务信息化和外部运作信息 化，同供应商建立长期合作、持续发展的战略伙伴关系，实现关联企业的“双赢”或 “多赢”。 关键词：供应链管理；采购管理；嘉盛半导体 作 者：朱崇浩 指导老师：俞雪华 Management of Procurement in Supply Chain of Semiconductor field Carsem Semiconductor Suzhou Co., Ltd Abstract With the development of market economy，procurement management is not only the first condition for the production enterprise groups，the reducing of costs and profit，even the core competitiveness of enterprises are important means. This article is in half a point of entry for the manufacturing enterprise，carried out research about the supply chain management ， procurement of management filled with the Suzhou semiconductor manufacturing enterprises. Firstly，we analyzed the semiconductor industry，the present situation and the management of enterprises purchase; Secondly，we represented the supplier of the relationship between the supply chain management and administration of the purchasing strategy; Finally，we got the conclusion of this research. The author thinks that the supply chain management thoughts down in the management is to establish a new mode and mutual cooperation between supply and demand conditions，Through the process of management，procurement process total cost， and efficiency of the match，enhance efficiency and reduce transaction costs; The use of information network，the procurement business information to internal and external work with suppliers of information to establish long-term cooperation and sustainable development of strategic partnership and associated enterprises bilateral win or win.
