舒适护理在高龄单侧无外伤性股骨颈骨折行人工股骨头置换术中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 观察股骨颈骨折行人工股骨头置换术应用舒适护理的临床意义。 方法 收集我院2013年6月～2014年6月期间股骨颈骨折行人工股骨头置换术的患者，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组各24例，分别进行常规护理及在常规护理的基础上行舒适护理，对患者的焦虑、疼痛、护理满意度及骨折健康知识知晓度情况进行对比，以及对患者的并发症发生率进行比较。 结果 实验组的焦虑程度（P0.01）、疼痛程度及并发症发生率均明显低于对照组（P0.05），实验组的护理满意度和骨折知识知晓度均明显高于对照组（P0.01）。 结论 在股骨颈骨折行人工股骨头置换术中应用舒适护理可促进患者康复。 　　[关键词] 股骨颈骨折；人工股骨头置换术；舒适护理 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）25-0125-04 　　Application of comfort nursing in artificial femoral head replacement of unilateral non-Traumatic femoral neck fracture in elderly patients 　　ZHU Xiaoyu1 CAI Xiaoping2 SHEN Xiaoxiao1 LIANG Wei1 　　1.Twenty-Second Inpatient Area， Lishui City People’s Hospital in Zhejiang Province， Lishui 323000，China； 2.Department of Respiratory， Li shui City People’s Hospital in Zhejiang Province，Lishui 323000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical significance of applying comfort nursing in the artificial femoral head replacement of femoral neck fracture. Methods The patients with femoral neck fracture who received artificial femoral head replacement in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were collected. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group，each 24 patients， which were given conventional nursing and comfort nursing on the basis of conventional nursing respectively. The patients’ anxiety， pain， nursing satisfaction and awareness of fracture health knowledge of the two groups were compared， and the incidences of complications were also compared. Results The anxiety degree（P0.01）， pain degree and incidence of complications of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）， and the nursing satisfaction and awareness of fracture knowledge of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group（P0.01）. Conclusion The application of comfort nursing in the artificial femoral head replacement of patients with femoral neck fracture can obviously promote patient recovery. 　　[Key
