苦参素注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的观察苦参素注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎24周的临床疗效。方法 选择确诊慢性乙型肝炎123例,随机分两组。治疗组(n=63)在常规保肝、降酶、促肝细胞生长治疗的基础上,苦参素注射液600 mg,静脉滴注,1次/d,8周后改为口服苦参素软胶囊每次200 mg, 3次/d;对照组(n=60)保肝、降酶、促肝细胞生长治疗;总疗程均为24周。结果 治疗组临床可有效的改善乏力、纳差等症状,治疗组临床可有效的低血清胆红素水平和促进肝功的恢复。治疗组HBeA g 和HBV -DNA在治疗24周后, 阴转率分别是33.33% 和39.68%,高于对照组15.00% 和11.67% (P 0. 05)。治疗组HBeA b在治疗24周后,阳转率分别是39.68%,高于对照组11.67% (P 0. 05)。结论 苦参素注射液可以对慢性乙型肝炎进行抗病毒治疗,且能取得较为满意的疗效,未见明显不良反应。 　　【关键词】 苦参碱注射液;慢性乙型肝炎;治疗 　　 　　Clinical study on the treating of chronic hepatic B with Kurarinone injection 　　 　　DUAN Shu- peng.The First Affiliated Hospital of XinxiangMedical University, Department of Infectious Diseases,Henan 453100, China 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the results of treating chronic hepatic B with Kurarinone injection. Methods 123 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were selected and divided at random into two groups. The treatment group (n=63)were treated with intravenous drip of Kurarinone injection on the basis of general liver-protecting treatment,600 mg each time,once a day , After 8 weeks, changed to have soft capsules, 200 mg each time,third a day .
