苦参碱联合胃复春片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效及对Hp转阴率影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨苦参碱联合胃复春片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）疗效及对幽门螺杆菌（Hp）转阴率的影响。 方法 方便选取2016年3月―2017年3月于该院接受治疗的130例CAG患者为受试对象，按照随机数表分为联合组与对照组各65例。对照组仅予以胃复春片治疗，联合组则在其基础上联合苦参碱进行治疗。比较治疗前及治疗3个月后两组患者炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）]，分析治疗3个月后，两组患者中医症候疗效、胃镜病理疗效、Hp转阴率差异。结果 治疗3个月后，两组患者TNF-α、IL-8水平均较治疗前有显著下降，且联合组[（22.0±3.6）、（7.5±1.6）ng/L]明显低于同期对照组[（25.9±3.8）、（8.8±1.7）ng/L]（P0.05）；联合组患者中医症候疗效有效率（89.2%）、胃镜病理疗效有效率（84.6%）、Hp转阴率（92.3%）均明显高于对照组（75.4%、69.2%、78.5%）（P0.05）。结论 苦参碱联合胃复春片治疗CAG疗效确切，并通过提升Hp转阴率，有利于疾病转归。 　　[关键词] 苦参碱；胃复春片；慢性萎缩性胃炎；幽门螺杆菌；转阴率 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）12（b）-0016-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the curative effect of matrine combined with weifuchunpian in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and effect on the Hp conversion rate. Methods 130 cases of CAG patients treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were convenient selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 65 cases in each， the control group were treated with simple weifuchunpian， while the combined group were treated with matrine combined with weifuchunpian， and the TNF-α and IL-8 of the two groups before treatment and after 3-month treatment were compared， and after 3-month treatment， the differences in the TCM syndrome effect， gastroscope pathological effect， and Hp negative conversion rate were compared between the two groups. Results After 3-month treatment， the TNF-α and IL-8 levels of the two groups obviously decreased， and the indexes in the combined group were obviously lower than those in the control group[（22.0±3.6）ng/L，（7.5±1.6）ng/L vs （25.9±3.8）ng/L，（8.8±1.7）ng/L]（P0.05）， and the TCM syndrome effective rate， gastroscope pathological effective rate， and Hp negative conversion rate were obviously higher than those in the control group， （89.2%， 84.6%， 92.3% vs 75.4%，69.2%，78.5%）（P0.05）.
