脑损伤后环咽肌失弛缓症应用球囊扩张术结合针刺治疗临床疗效 　　【摘要】 目的 研究分析脑损伤后环咽肌失驰缓症应用球囊扩张术结合针刺治疗的临床疗效。方法 46例脑损伤后环咽肌失驰缓症患者， 随机分为对照组和观察组， 每组23例。对照组患者给予针刺治疗， 观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上外加球囊扩张术治疗， 对比两组患者治疗6周后的效果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为91.30%， 明显高于对照组的65.22%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组治疗后的VFSS评分明显优于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 球囊扩张术结合针刺治疗对治疗脑损伤后环咽肌失驰缓症疗效显著， 能明显的提高吞咽功能、改善患者的营养情况、增强患者的机体免疫力， 对提高患者的生存质量具有重要的意义， 值得在临床借鉴和推广。 　　【关键词】 脑损伤；环咽肌失驰缓症；球囊扩张术；针刺；疗效 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.13.106 　　【Abstract】 Objective To research and analyze clinical effect by balloon dilatation combined with acupuncture applied in the treatment of achalasia of the cricopharyngeus muscle after cerebral injury. Methods A total of 46 patients with achalasia of the cricopharyngeus muscle after cerebral injury were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 23 cases in each group. The control group received acupuncture for treatment， and the observation group received additional balloon dilatation to treatment in the control group. Curative effects were compared between the two groups after 6 weeks of treatment. Results The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate in treatment as 91.30% than 65.22% in the control group， and their difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. The observation group had much better VFSS score after treatment than the control group， and their difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Combination of balloon dilatation and acupuncture shows excellent effect in treating achalasia of the cricopharyngeus muscle after cerebral injury. It can remarkably enhance swallowing function， improve nutrient status and increase organism immunity in patients.
