胸部创伤疾病患者采用数字放射技术对病情进行诊断临床价值 　　[摘要] 目的 分析胸部创伤疾病患者采用数字放射技术对病情进行诊断的临床价值。方法 2014年5月―2017年2月于该院进行胸部创伤性疾病诊断的患者中方便选取100例，随机将其分为两组，常规放射诊断方式为对照组患者的检查方式，数字放射技术诊断方式为观察组患者的检查方式，对比两组诊断结果。结果 观察组中诊断出肋骨骨折25例，创伤性湿肺9例，肺部血肿5例，肺部萎缩5例，肺部挫伤3例，诊断准确率为94.00%，相较于对照组的78.00%更高（χ2=5.315 6，P0.05）；诊断过程中，观察组患者的不良反应发生率为8%（4/50），相较于对照组的30%（15/50）更低（χ2=7.862 2，P0.05）。结论 采用数字放射技术判断胸部创伤疾病患者病情的应用价值显著，能够显著提高诊断准确率，在临床上存在良好的推广价值。 　　[关键词] 胸部创伤；数字放射技术；病情诊断；临床价值 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）02（c）-0017-03 　　Clinical Value of Digital Radiological Technique of Diagnosing the Disease in Patients with Chest Trauma 　　ZHU Kun-ming 　　Radiology Department， Heze Municipal Hospital， Heze， Shandong Province， 274000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to analyze the patients with chest trauma diseases using digital radiography technology of clinical value in the diagnosis of the disease. Methods From May 2014 to February 2017， 100 cases were selected for diagnosis of chest trauma disease in this hospital patients， were randomly divided into 2 groups， the routine radiological diagnosis for control group of patients， digital radiology diagnosis for patients in the observation group were checked， compared the diagnostic results. Results The diagnosis of rib fracture in 25 cases in the observation group， 9 cases of traumatic wet lung， 5 cases of pulmonary hematoma， lung atrophy in 5 cases， 3 cases of pulmonary contusion， the diagnostic accuracy rate was 94.00%， compared with the control group of 78.00% higher（χ2=5.315 6， P0.05）； the process of diagnosis， the observation group of patients with adverse reaction should the incidence rate was 8%（4/50）， compared with the control group 30% （15/50） lower（χ2=7.862 2， P0.05）.
