背诵―仿写法在农村初中英语写作教学实证研究   Abstract: The development of English writing capacity is the most difficulty for students in rural junior schools. Combing the current situation of rural junior school students’ English writing,the article tries to prove that Recitation-Imitation Method is an appropriate English writing teaching method with developing students’ English writing competence.   Keywords: recitation, imitation, teaching method, rural junior school, English writing   1. Introduction   In 2011,the English Curriculum Standards put forward specific requirements for junior school students’ English writing,but in rural junior schools,most of the students’ English writing competence cannot reach the corresponding requirements. Concerning this issue,the author aims to analyze the current situation of English writing teaching in rural junior schools and try to find out an effective solution. Students in rural junior schools have a weak foundation in English and the English teachers always ignore writing practice and the evaluation of students’ compositions is inadequate. Meanwhile,the students are lack of English language environment in society and schools.   Considering this current situation,the author insists that Recitation-Imitation Method is an appropriate English writing teaching method for rural junior school students. This method can provide rural junior school students with larger amounts of highly effective language input. It not only assists students in gaining lots of basic language knowledge,but also exercises students’ ability of using model essays with flexibility. Under the guidance of related theories,this thesis makes an empirical research on Recitation-Imitation Method and analyzes the experimental results,which aims to explore an effective and practical method in rural junior school students’ English writing teaching.   2.
