背景音乐在下肢动脉硬化闭塞介入手术中应用效果 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨背景音乐在下肢动脉硬化闭塞介入手术中的应用。方法：选择萧山第一人民医院心胸血管外科2015年1月-2016年3月行血管介入患者60例，由同一位介入医师进行手术，随机分为音乐组、对照组。分别记录患者术前、术中血压和心率、术中患者疼痛评分、患者焦虑评分。两组数据进行对比分析。结果：对照组患者和音乐组术前心率比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05），音乐组患者术中心率低于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），音乐组术中收缩压低于对照组（P=0.012）。音乐组患者疼痛评分低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P=0.000）。对照组患者术前焦虑评分高于音乐组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P=0.000）。结论：介入术中播放背景音乐，操作简单，可行性高，成本低，不增加患者医疗负担，可以促进医患关系和谐，是一种切实可行、值得推广的血管介入手术的辅助方法。 　　【关键词】 背景音乐； 音乐干预； 血管介入； 动脉硬化 　　doi：10.14033/ki.cfmr.2017.5.079 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）05-0143-02 　　The Effect of Background Music on Interventional Surgery of Lower-extremity Arteriosclerotic Occlusive Disease/LI Jian-feng，HU Peng，ZHU Jiang，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（5）：143-144 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of background music intervention in lower-extremity atherosclerosis intervention surgery.Method：From January 2015 to March 2016，60 Patients who received vascular involvement by the same doctor in Xiaoshan First Peoples Hospital were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into the music group and the control group.Blood pressure，heart rate，pain scores，anxiety scores were recorded before surgery and analyzed at last.Result：Before the operation，the heart rate in two groups had no significant difference（P0.05），during operation，the heart rate in the music group was lower than that in the control group（P0.05），during operation，the systolic pressure in the control group was higher than that in the music group（P=0.012）.The pain score and preoperative anxiety score in the music group were lower those in the control group（P=0.000，0.000）.Conclusion：Backgroud music is simple operator，affordable and low cost，isn’t increase the medical burden，can promote the doctor-patient relationship harmony，is worth extending auxiliary method for vascular interventional surgery. 　　【Key words】 Backgroud music； Music intervention； Interventional surgery； Arteriosclerosis 　　First-author’s address：Xiaoshan First People’s Hospital o
