华北电力大学硕士学位论文 I 摘 要 电网规划是所在区域国民经济和社会发展的重要组成部分，同时也是电力企 业自身长远发展规划的重要基础之一。配电网规划是电网规划的重要组成部分， 配网网络的建设是将电力安全可靠输送到最终用户的重要保障，为了获取最大的 经济效益，配电网的规划既要保证电网的安全可靠，又要保证电网经济运行。 随着安平县经济快速发展，用电负荷迅猛增长，其供电网络已不能适应本地 区快速发展的需要，需要进行新的配电网规划。本文根据安平县总体发展规划， 对该地区的供电网络进行了现状分析，在详细分析了安平县电力来源、负荷分布 及用电情况、中低压配电网现状的基础上总结出中低压配电网存在的问题，并通 过对科学数据资料的分析整理，预测出安平县未来几年的电力需求情况。 在以上基础上，提出了安平县配电网络的规划方案，并对规划方案进行了投 资估算和综合评价，确定了电网发展的方向，着力解决存在的问题，进一步完善 网架结构，以更好地践行“经济发展，电力先行”发展理念，更好地满足安平经 济发展和社会生活水平的提高，更好地引导 2013-2020 年安平县电网建设项目， 真正建成“结构合理、技术适用、供电质量高、电能损耗低”的地区坚强电网。 关键词：安平县；配电网规划；需求预测；效益分析 II Abstract Network planning is an important part of the region where the economic and social development,simultaneously it is one of an important foundation for the long- term development plan of the electric power supply companies.The distribution network planning is an important component of the electrical network planning,the distribution network construction is an important guarantee safe and reliable delivery of electricity to end users,in order to obtain the biggest economic benefits,the distribution network planning is not only to ensure safe and reliable power grid, but also to ensure economic operation of the power grid. The load of Anping country is growing rapidly as well as the national economy, the distribution network need to be planted according to the development of Anping country.The paper analyzed the actuality distribution network of Anping base d on the overall development plan.Based on the current situation of Anping power source,load distribution and electricity consumption,low- voltage power,summed up the problems of low voltage distribution network.Through the analysis of scientific data,predict Anping municipal science in future years. Based on the above,the distribution network planning were proposed.then estimated the planning projects,determine the direction of the grid. Efforts to solve the problems,improve the grid structure, In order to carry out economic development, power first conce
