耳廓外伤急诊处理与美容修复效果分析 　　[摘要]目的：探究耳廓外伤的临床急诊处理方法和美容修复效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2014年10月-2015年2月收治的36例耳廓外伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，所有患者均为严重耳廓外伤或耳廓继发畸形，临床根据患者实际伤情的不同采用不同的急诊处理方法和美容修复措施。结果：36例患者经急诊处理和美容修复后均疗效满意，伤口或创面均Ⅰ期愈合，外观恢复较好，无明显变形或瘢痕形态；其中清创后行直接缝合治疗者16例，占44.4%，行多种皮瓣修复治疗者14例，占38.9%，行全厚片移植治疗者6例，占16.7%。结论：耳廓外伤采用临床急诊处理，依据差异性原则对每位患者进行个体化治疗，准确掌握适应证，并及时采用美容修复手段，能够有效修复耳廓外观，减少创面瘢痕，治疗效果和美容效果显著。 　　[关键词]耳廓外伤；急诊处理；美容修复；应用效果 　　[中图分类号]R764.9 [文献标志码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2015）15-0022-02 　　Abstract： Objective To explore the clinical emergency treatment method and the effect of cosmetic repair for the trauma of the auricular. Methods The clinical data of 36 cases of auricular trauma treated in our hospital from October 2014 to February 2015 were retrospectively analyzed，all the patients were severe auricular trauma or secondary deformity of the ear，according to the actual injury of the patients，different emergency treatment methods and the beauty repair measures were adopted. Results 36 patients were treated with emergency treatment and the efficacy of the cosmetic repair were satisfactory，wounds or wounds healed by first intention and the appearance of the wounds healed well，no obvious deformation or scar morphology；Among them，16 cases were treated with direct suture after debridement，accounting for 44.4%，multiple skin flaps were performed in 14 cases，accounting for 38.9%，patients with total thickness of transplantation were treated in 6 cases，accounting for 16.7%. Conclusion Clinical emergency treatment for auricular trauma，individual treatment for each patient according to the principle of differentiation，master indication，and timely use of beauty repair means，can effectively repair the appearance of the ear，reduce the wound scar，the effect of treatment and the effect of beauty were remarkable. 　　Key words：Trauma emergency treatment；emergency treatment；cosmetic restoration；effect of application 　　耳廓上方大部分以弹性软骨为支架，覆以皮肤构成，皮下组织较少[1]；耳廓作为颅脑两侧突出部位，易遭受如切割伤、撕裂伤、断离伤以及火器伤等各种外伤损害，一旦临床处理不当或治疗失误，可发生耳廓软骨膜炎、软骨坏死或导致患者耳廓畸形
